Kill the Cuts

National Campaign

UAW Higher Education needed a bold visual identity to help articulate a campaign against cuts to research funding. The campaign, entitled “Kill the Cuts,” needed a brand that would exude rebellious spirit without feeling entirely anti-establishment. The result was a clean, bold campaign that resulted in thousands of successful rallies and political outreach.

  • Developed three visual directions alongside key stakeholders to choose campaign visuals

  • Created and updated website according to chosen direction, and strategy/ messaging of the overall campaign

Impact: Helped generate national visibility, public engagement, and garner political support

Visual Directions

I worked with a team of union staff, worker leaders, and executive board members to curate three directions.
